Dr Liu is one of the top Chinese solicitors in the UK. He is authorised to represent client in sheriff courts and justice of peace courts throughout Scotland, immigration tribunals throughout of the UK. Dr Liu is specialised in Immigration law and criminal law, having years of abundant experience serving the Chinese community in the UK and beyond.
Heather practices from our Glasgow office. She is fully dedicated to helping her clients with their immigration issues, whether that is applying for a visa or appealing a refusal, fighting a removal or deportation order. She endeavours to always deliver a successful outcome.
Jay joined LB & Co in June 2023. He completed his LLB degree at Edinburgh Napier University, achieving a 2:1, and then went on to the University of Glasgow to complete his diploma. He is now undertaking a traineeship at LB & Co.
Weifan initially joined LB & Co in June 2023 as a summer intern and is now working as a part-time legal secretary. She received a first class LLB in Scots Law from the University of Edinburgh in 2022 and was further awarded a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2023. She is currently studying for a masters degree in law at the University of Edinburgh.
Ms Annie Wang has very rich experience in the areas of the intellectual property, trademark registration and overseas investment in both UK and EU, and is proficient in Japanese, English and Chinese translations.
